Terms of service
In short: an inquiry through the form is non-binding, the price and scope are always confirmed in writing up front, and the finished work is yours once paid. The full terms follow.
1. Introduction
These terms govern digital services provided by Kent Digital Studio via kentdigital.cz. By submitting an inquiry or starting a project you confirm you have read these terms.
2. Services
We provide websites, e-shops, mobile apps, branding, digital invitations and AI automation. The exact scope is always agreed individually in a proposal or contract.
3. Inquiry and contract
A form inquiry is non-binding. A binding relationship starts only after the proposal and cooperation terms are accepted (in writing or by email).
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in the proposal. Payment terms follow the agreed proposal. Work may not start until a required deposit is paid.
5. Delivery and cooperation
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation (assets, approvals). Delays caused by missing client materials are not attributable to the studio.
6. Intellectual property
Until full payment, rights to deliverables remain with the studio unless agreed otherwise. After payment, the agreed license/rights transfer as stated in the proposal.
7. Liability
We are responsible for professional delivery of agreed work, within the limits of Czech law, excluding damages from incorrect client materials, third-party actions or force majeure.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes should first be resolved amicably.
